LOS ANGELES - (June 25, 2012) — Educators, parents, and some of the most important names in the entertainment industry will come together on Wednesday, June 27 at 7:00 p.m. at the board meeting of the Inglewood Unified School District (410 S. Inglewood Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301) to support the establishment of the Los Angeles School of Arts and Entertainment (www.lasae.org).  A project of the Believe Foundation, LASAE is a college preparatory 6th through 12th grade charter school that seeks to be a catalyst for the restoration of high quality arts education throughout public schools in urban America.  If the charter school petition is successful, the development team anticipates an enrollment of 360 students with classes starting in the fall of 2013.
